*Español* Know Your Rights MAC Workshop – Guardianship & SSA Workshop

Guardianship Workshops provide attendees with an overview of guardianship and the alternatives to guardianship. Each workshop is presented by the Bexar County probate court judges and allows participants to walk away with a better understanding of what a guardianship is and for whom a guardianship is appropriate. This workshop will educate participants on where to begin when they receive a denial from a social security insurance provider and what their rights are. Participants will walk away with a better understanding of how to start the appeal process and how and when to contact their state insurance regulators. This workshop will be conducted in Spanish.
